Arsenal will prepare to host an in-form West Ham side as they look to go back to the top of the Premier League table with a win at the Emirates Stadium tonight.
It'll prove to be another serious test for Mikel Arteta's men over this busy festive period following their 1-1 draw with title rivals Liverpool last weekend who they'll leapfrog if they manage to take all three points tonight following Jurgen Klopp's side's 2-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Boxing Day.
While the Gunners have lost just once in their last ten matches in all competitions, Arteta acknowledged Hammers boss David Moyes and his recent success in east London in his pre-match press conference yesterday and highlighted how his longevity in the Premier League could be a key factor in the clash tonight.
He said: "[They will be] very difficult. They are a really good side, they’re really well coached and when you look at the success that they had last year and how they’ve played this season they’ve shown a lot of consistency.
«They’ve beaten Spurs and Manchester United — that tells you everything about the difficulty of the game. Tomorrow we’ll have to be really, really good. When you look at [how few] managers in this league have managed for so long and have been more successful than him, it is not easy.
»For how long and in the teams he has done it, the way he has done it. Obviously, I know him. I love him a lot and I am so grateful for everything he did for me and the times we had together.
