Roy Keane says Sir Jim Ratcliffe has to employ the 'right people' at Manchester United as he looks to make his mark in the boardroom, with Gary Neville revealing he expects the Ineos founder to 'shock the system'.
On Sunday the new minority owner watched his first game since his 25% investment in the club was confirmed. That deal still needs to be ratified by the Premier League but Ratcliffe was at Old Trafford to watch United draw 2-2 with Tottenham.
He saw Erik ten Hag's side twice surrender a lead with the point leaving the Reds eighth in the table. Ratcliffe will assume control of sporting operations at the club and Keane and Neville agree on the issue that needs the most attention.

"He has got to be disruptive, and he will be," said Neville, speaking on Sky Sports. "Imagine that everything in front of you has to be taken out. There is a couple of obvious starting points: there is no CEO, no sporting director and no head of recruitment. If those three are brilliant people then they will work everything out below them anyway.
"Spending £1.25billion as an extremely successful businessman, he is not going to come in and idly watch. He is going to shock the system."
Keane agreed with his former United teammate, adding: "He has to get the right people in, he knows what he is doing and that is a starting point." The Irishman also urged patience and said Ratcliffe and Sir Dave Brailsford, who is set to play a key role at Old Trafford, need to change the culture.
