New head coach Ange Postecoglou will take his side to Australia, Thailand and Singapore between now and the end of the month, starting with a clash against West Ham United in Perth on July 18.
The Lilywhites will then trek to Thailand to meet Leicester City on July 23, before a meeting with the Lion City Sailors — who replaced Roma — in Singapore three days later.
Postecoglou has named a 31-strong squad for his maiden pre-season in charge of Tottenham, but there is no space in his contingent for long-serving number one Lloris, who is now confirmed to be seeking a move elsewhere.
In a statement, Spurs announced that the 36-year-old had been given permission to remain in North London as his agents scope out exit routes after a successful 11-year stay in North London.
Lloris has been Spurs' undisputed number one since joining from Lyon in the summer of 2012, and he has kept 151 clean sheets in 447 matches for the Lilywhites across all competitions.
The former France international sits eighth in the club's all-time appearance charts and has played more games for Tottenham than any other non-British player, but his form declined last season.
Lloris made a Premier League-high four mistakes directly leading to a goal, as Spurs missed out on European football with an eighth-placed finish, conceding 63 goals along the way.
Tottenham still have Lloris under contract for another year, but having signed Guglielmo Vicario from Empoli, the Lilywhites are happy to part ways with the veteran Frenchman in the current window.
