Jeff Stelling has left football fans in stitches plenty of times over the years.
The Soccer Saturday legend is now talkSPORT's new Breakfast show host and will present the show every Monday and Tuesday (6am to 10am) alongside former Scotland and Rangers striker Ally McCoist.
Fans can expect plenty of incredible stories, debates and of course, laughs from the station's new presenter when he takes the reins in December.
His arrival sent talkSPORT on a trip down memory lane beginning with the time former Arsenal star Charlie Nicholas tried to out banter him.
Nicholas didn't seem to like it when Stelling told him he'd got an offside call wrong live on air.
Reporting on a 0-0 Premier League game between Stoke and Blackpool, Stelling interrupted Nicholas mid-flow, to joke about the decision involving DJ Campbell. «You should've gone to Specsavers, Charlie, because I tell you what he's not offside. He's absolutely bang in line, not offside.»
It's safe to say Nicholas was caught off guard, and his attempt to hit back wasn't exactly executed in the way he might have hoped, leaving fans in stitches.
Speaking without much breath in between, he replied: «Well, maybe you should also go then, Jeff because you couldn't see driving home the other night because you don't even wear your glasses on TV in case you get slagged off.
»You just stick to Specsavers and I'll stick to the game."
Stelling simply smiled and said: «Well, I look very educated in my specs, I'll wear them for you one week, I promise.»
