Bobby Clark shines as Liverpool thrash Everton in min-derby
Bobby Clark played a leading role in Liverpool under-21s' 4-0 thumping of Everton in their Premier League 2 opener on Monday.
Clark provided assists for Mateusz Musialowski and substitute Tom Hill before scoring the final goal. Terence Miles scored the other, with all four goals coming in the second half.
Ben Doak and Everton manager Sean Dyche among those watching on, Liverpool fielded a strong starting line-up with Clark, Luke Chambers and James Norris boasting first-team experience and Jarell Quansah, Calum Scanlon and James McConnell having featured for the senior set-up during pre-season.
