Ibrahima Konate remains a major doubt for Liverpool ahead of Sunday's blockbusting Premier League showdown with title rivals Manchester City .
Konate handed the Reds a major scare on Thursday night when he limped off moments into the second half of the 5-1 Europa League round of 16 first leg win at Sparta Prague.
The France international pulled up with what appeared a suspected hamstring complaint but was able to walk off unaided after the incident, with Reds boss Klopp later suggesting the substitution was only a precaution.

Konate is undergoing scans to determine the extent of any damage, with Liverpool now sweating on the outcome of the results with the 24-year-old having already had two spells on the sidelines this season due to hamstring problems.
And speaking on Friday afternoon, Klopp said: "Ibou, I don't know. Ibou was rather positive last night, and thought he made the right decision in the right moment (to go off).
"That doesn't mean a lot, unfortunately. He will get scanned definitely and so far I don't have the result of that yet."
Klopp dismissed suggestions of a problem for Joe Gomez, who was replaced at half-time in Prague, with the defender now in line to challenge Jarell Quansah for the centre-back spot alongside skipper Virgil van Dijk should Konate not be available.
