It is no secret that Paris Saint-Germain are preparing for life without Kylian Mbappé (25). The club may be looking to strengthen their attacking options after the France captain informed PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he would depart the club upon the expiry of his contract at the end of the season.
The project around PSG is now centred around youth and around building a side that can play and grow together over a six to eight-year period, as Al-Khelaifi told RMC Sport. Links to a player as young and as talented as Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal (16) are therefore logical.
It is a link drawn by Marca, who reported on Saturday that Les Parisiens were preparing to spend €200m on the Spaniard. However, Foot Mercato understands that PSG have not submitted an offer for Yamal, nor is one forthcoming. The publication understands that PSG are currently working on other deals, whilst on the wings, Les Parisiens are putting their faith in Ousmane Dembélé and Bradley Barcola.
