As the Israel and Hamas war rages on, the devastation in the area is immense and there is an urgent need for money to be raised to support those who have lost relatives or been made homeless through the conflict.

Many celebrities have been promoting charities which are raising funds for the region, and Megan Rapinoe is one of them.

However, the women's soccer star is doing so very quietly, as she hasn't posted about the conflict in the Middle East.

What she has done is share a link to a charity which is raising money, titled «Urgent Relief for Gaza's Children».

In a piece shared on Outkick, Rapinoe has been criticized for raising money for Gaza while keeping her silence about the conflict.

It is pointed out that the footballer is married to a Jewish Israeli-American, in Sue Bird, and that she hasn't yet commended the terrorist attack by Hamas.
