Pedro Porro fired Tottenham into the fourth round of the FA Cup in a Goal of the Season contender in the 1-0 win against Burnley.
The game looked to be heading for a replay at Turf Moor as a resilient Clarets side kept the hosts at bay in north London on Friday night, until Porro produced a piece of Cup magic.
The 24-year-old stepped up in the 78th minute to send the Spurs fans into delirium as he found the top left corner with a dipping strike from 25 yards out.
There looked to be nothing on for the Spaniard when he won possession back inside Burnley's half.
But he left goalkeeper Arijanet Muric rooted to his spot as the ball nestled into the far corner.
It was his first goal of the season in his 20th outing, and he will likely never score a better one.
Former Charlton and Ipswich midfielder Matt Holland was left almost speechless, as he gushed over the quality of the goal.
Speaking on talkSPORT commentary, he said: «What a hit, this is special!
»We talked about Tottenham needing a moment of quality, and it's Pedro Porro that steps up.
«He finds the top corner with real accuracy, real power, he runs away in delight.
»If this is the goal that wins the game, it's one that deserves to, it is right out of the very top drawer, what a hit from the right-back.
«Pedro Porro, that is outstanding!»
Holland added: «He will remember that forever. I will remember that forever!
»It's one of those strikes that makes you rub your eyes to make sure you've actually seen it. It really was that good of a hit."
Tottenham, who haven't won the FA Cup since 1991 — and any trophy since 2008 — will find out their fourth round opponents when the draw is made on Monday.
