Pau Torres has a message for Aston Villa's rivals for Champions League qualification: «the best is coming» for Unai Emery's side.
The season looks set for a thrilling climax as Premier League sides battle to qualify for European football's premier competition. Meanwhile Emery's side are challenging on two fronts, in the Premier League and Europa Conference League.
Villa are fourth in the league, three points ahead of Tottenham in fifth nine in front of and Manchester United in ninth. They've also made it to the quarter-finals in Europe and will play against Lille.
Torres his teammates are relishing the run-in. He said on Villa TV after their draw against West Ham: «We're fourth in the league, we're working from the beginning of the season to be in this position at this moment. So, we're happy.
“We’re in the quarter-finals of the Conference League, which is important for us. The most important is to play, we’re working in a good way and the best is coming,» reports Birmingham Live.
Villa came back from a goal down to claim a draw with West Ham. Spurs, who thrashed the Midlands club 4-0 the week before, went down 3-0 at Fulham.

“At the beginning of the game, always, we wanted to win,” Torres added. “But you have to see how the match is going.
“They were in front of us in the first half, we tried everything in the second half. I think the team were better in the second half.
“At the end we’re still in fourth position, now only nine games I think to finish, and this point is important for us.”
