Paris Saint-Germain have made history in the UEFA Champions League, becoming the first French team to qualify in a knockout game having trailed in the first leg.
Despite coming into the second leg having to make up a one-goal deficit against Barcelona, PSG – and notably manager Luis Enrique – came into the fixture high on confidence and “convinced” that Les Parisiens would progress. That confidence was well founded.
