Micah Richards has highlighted the quality Kobbie Mainoo showed in Manchester United's 2-1 win over Luton at Kenilworth Road.
The 18-year-old has been an integral part of Erik ten Hag's squad after coming into the side and scored his first Premier League goal in a 4-3 win over Wolves earlier this month.
Mainoo's may not have been the matchwinner on Sunday but the midfielder once again stood out for his poise and ease in possession as the Hatters' pressed for an equaliser for the majority of the second half.
Richards believes that this quality sets the starlet apart and was key to ensuring the Red Devils continued their winning run.
'It’s just like his composure.' The former Manchester City defender said on the Rest is Football podcast. 'You know, today, when the game was getting a bit frantic, he was the only one able to get his foot on the ball and remain calm in possession.'
