River Island fans are planning their next holiday after seeing a "stunning" maxi dress.

The Red Floral Glitter Slip Maxi Dress can be bought from River Island for £70. There are several sizes still available including 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18.

According to the River Island website, the dress is "selling fast" as hundreds have already been sold. And shoppers cannot get enough of the item which has been branded as "stunning".

With a floral print and glitter embellishment, the dress is sleeveless with a halter neckline and is of maxi length. It is recommended to machine wash and not to tumble dry or dry clean.

In the photographs, the model has paired the dress with a pair of gold heels and sunglasses. And shoppers cannot get enough as some are even planning a trip where they can wear it.

Sharing the dress on Instagram, many fans were quick to share their love as River Island captioned the post: "Make the plans so you can wear the dress."

One person wrote: "How stunning I need to plan a trip to Morocco to wear this dress." Many others simply shared love heart emojis to show their love.

Another wrote: "Gorgeous." A third commented: "love Very much an Indian vibe imo!"
