Roberto Firmino opens up on his heartbreak from Liverpool's 19/20 title-winning campaign

Former Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino has opened up on the heartbreak he experienced by not being able to celebrate Liverpool's 2019/20 Premier League winning campaign with supporters.

Jurgen Klopp's side romped to the title and were crowned champions back in June 2020, but could not mark the occasion with fans due to ongoing restrictions thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic. Firmino, who scored nine goals and registered eight assists, played a part in every single Premier League game that season, as the Reds romped to their first title.
