Ronaldo snubs Arsenal as Brazilian legend predicts Premier League title winner

According to Brazil legend Ronaldo, Manchester City have what it takes to make history this season by becoming the first team to win four consecutive Premier League titles.

City have enjoyed great success under Pep Guardiola, having won the league five times in his seven seasons in charge so far, and they are now bidding to make it four in a row. It is a feat that no club has managed since the formation of the English top flight back in 1888, although Guardiola has previously done it with Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

They remain well and truly in the race, with just one point separating them from rivals Arsenal and Liverpool following their thrilling 1-1 draw with the Reds at Anfield on Sunday, and Ronaldo is backing them go on and lift the trophy.

When asked by the Daily Mail who he thinks will win the race this season, Ronaldo simply replied: «City.» Arsenal, of course, currently lead the way at the top of the table and face City at Etihad Stadium on March 31.
