The agent of Copenhagen starlet Roony Bardghji has confirmed that «major clubs» are keeping tabs on the attacker amid reported interest from the likes of Chelsea and Brighton & Hove Albion.
Bardghji has established himself as one of the brightest prospects in Europe since making his senior debut for Danish champions Copenhagen in November 2021.
At the age of just 18, Bardghji has already made 66 first-team appearances and scored 15 goals for Copenhagen across all competitions, with 11 of those goals netted in 25 outings so far this season.
The youngster has found the net seven times in 15 Danish Superliga games this term, while he burst onto the Champions League stage when he scored a dramatic 87th-minute winner to help Copenhagen beat Manchester United 4-3 in the group stage earlier this month.
Bardghji was born in Kuwait City but represents Sweden at international level, featuring five times and scoring once for the Under-21s side.
Recent reports claimed that Chelsea are weighing up a move for Bardghji, while Brighton are also said to be plotting a move for the attacker.
The likes of Man United, Newcastle United, Crystal Palace and Nice have also been credited with an interest in Bardghji, who is allegedly valued at around £30m by Copenhagen.
Bardghji's new agent Christian Emile has confirmed that a number of top clubs are monitoring the attacker's progress, and although Copenhagen are believed to be keen to keep hold of the youngster, a future move appears to be on the cards.
Earlier this week, it was announced that Bardghji has signed up with Emile of CAA Base, and the attacker's new representative believes that he is the next big thing to come out of Sweden since Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
