Despite this, Tuchel's team managed to secure a 3-0 victory over Lazio on Tuesday, propelling them into the Champions League quarter-finals. Reports suggest he's eager to manage in England again once his time with Bayern comes to an end.

Bild reports that Manchester United is the 'dream destination' for the 50-year-old come summer. Erik ten Hag's position at Old Trafford is shaky after a disappointing season, and even winning the FA Cup might not be enough to secure his role.

Chelsea, West Ham and Brighton could all potentially be looking for new managers by the summer along with Liverpool. Chelsea have struggled this season under Mauricio Pochettino, with the Blues currently in the bottom half of the league.

Tuchel had a successful stint at Stamford Bridge, winning both the Champions League and the FA Cup with Chelsea in just over two seasons before being let go in September 2022.
