Thousands of people arrived on the waterfront ahead of Busted's 20th anniversary show in the city.
Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne have reunited and are playing to a sold-out crowd at the M&S Bank Arena on Friday, September 22. The band will play a slew of their hits and fan-favourites such as "What I Go To School For", "Year 3000" and "Air Hostess".
Fans will also be delighted by supporting band Hanson, the pop brothers are behind hits including the number one smash "MMMBop",’ and "Penny & Me". Busted have already played a series of gigs across the country, to some very happy crowds.

They were also in Liverpool on Thursday, September 21, as they signed merchandise for fans at The Jacaranda on Slater Street. Around 800 people queued just to have a chat with the boys ahead of the highly anticipated gig.
As people started arriving at the M&S Bank Arena there was a common theme of band t-shirts, jeans and trainers as well as typical scouse glam. Some people even dressed up in white shirts and black and red tie's in a nod to the "What I Go To School For" music video.

Some people made their own outfits or said they were channelling the early noughties in honour of the band. People had travelled from far and wide to come to the Liverpool show and made the most of the cities restaurants and bars ahead of their evenings.
