Ange Postecoglu has revealed that Brennan Johnson will miss Tottenham Hotspur's clash against Liverpool but James Maddison and Heung-min Son.
There was a positive update coming out of the capital as Maddison and Son both trained in preparation for their second major test in as many weeks. The trio were heavily involved during Spurs' draw in the North London derby against Arsenal and are on course to feature against the Reds.
Johnson made his first start after arriving from Nottingham Forest in the summer at the Emirates Stadium, but was forced off with a hamstring problem after 67 minutes.

Maddison jolted his knee against the Gunners following a challenge from Jorginho. The former Leicester City playmaker managed to continue but was sent for scans at the beginning of the week.
The England international has been a key member of Postecoglu's squad since arriving from the East Midlands, including providing both goals for Son against Mikel Arteta's side.
It will be the first time Spurs take on Liverpool without Harry Kane since 2019 after the captain signed for Bayern Munich. Son took over the captaincy, in light of his absence and heads into the clash in fine form scoring five goals in six Premier League outings.
Both Maddison and Son were sacrificed in their draw with Arsenal as a precaution but Postecoglu confirmed that they will continue to be monitored ahead of Saturday's (5:30pm kick-off) encounter when Jurgen Klopp's side visit.
"Brennan will miss out this week. It's nothing too serious but it's enough to keep him out," the Australian said.
