United in sixth are currently eight points behind Spurs in fifth, which may be enough to seal a place in Europe's top competition for next season.
Spurs also have a game in hand and are just three points behind Aston Villa in fourth, which is why Postecoglou perhaps took exception (in a calm way) to the question he was asked on Easter Monday.
He's clearly looking up, not down.
