Chris Wilder launched a scathing attack after discovering that his Sheffield United starting eleven is getting leaked hours before kick-off.
Speaking ahead of their crunch Boxing Day clash against fellow strugglers Luton, the Sheffield United manager said: 'I think it's a joke. Whoever did it, they've got another thing coming because they're harming the football club.'
Mail Sport understands that the Blades starting eleven for recent games has been forwarded around on WhatsApp and other social media platforms, on the morning of games.
Team line-ups are usually announced an hour before the game.
Asked about missing Jayden Bogle, who is suspended for Tuesday's game at Bramall Lane after picking up his fifth booking of the season in their draw at Villa Park, a furious Wilder responded: 'Everybody will know the team (for Boxing Day) anyway because it will come out on Twitter at about half ten in the morning.
'I will comment on it. It's quite difficult to keep the team quiet but I'm not happy about that situation.
'Whoever did it, I appreciate that. Thanks very much. I'm going to have to tighten everything up around the training ground. It's a lesson learnt for me as well.
'That person who did it. Call yourself a Sheffield United fan? I don't think they are. It's an absolute joke.'
