On April 18, Darren Watkins Jr, aka IShowSpeed, posted a video on his YouTube channel where he traveled to Old Trafford to sign a contract for Manchester United. The team's relatively new Chief Executive Omar Berrada even fielded questions in a seeming press conference where the streamer signed a contract.
The popular content creator was a major fan of the English side when his idol Cristiano Ronaldo returned for a second stint at the club back in 2021. The Ohio native even traveled to the UK on numerous occasions to watch matches. This week, he has been in Manchester for a few days and streamed the UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg between Manchester City and Real Madrid.
As per IShowSpeed, he had very little idea about the deal he was called over for by the Manchester United management and was ecstatic when Omar Berrada presented him with a contract.
