ARNE SLOT is poised to be confirmed as Liverpool's next manager after a compensation deal with Feyenoord was reportedly agreed.
The Dutchman, 45, will succeed Jurgen Klopp at Anfield in the summer.
Negotiations with Holland giants Feyenoord are understood to have been finalised.
And it's also thought Slot's contract details at Liverpool have already been sorted out.
It comes a day after Sky Sports journalist Gary Cotterill was grabbed and held away from the formr took his chances when the 45-year-old stepped off the Feyenoord team bus ahead of the club's clash with Go Ahead Eagles tonight.
Cotterill approached Slot to ask him about his future but was quickly blocked off by a member of the manager's entourage who grabbed hold of his shoulder and held him away at arm's length.
Slot smiled as he was quizzed about his future but was reluctant to divulge any information about a Merseyside move.
