Premier League clubs are set to learn in the next fortnight whether they will be facing any charges for breaches of the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability rules. Arsenal have been working hard to work within the confines of the restrictions hence the acquisition of David Raya on an initial loan move in the summer of 2023.
Whilst Arsenal are not currently thought to be under scrutiny, The Times report that both Everton and Nottingham Forest could face potential charges as experts suggest the latter are most at risk whilst the Toffees could be in for a second charge after having already been docked ten points this season.
With that in mind, both clubs need to raise funds to help them stay out of further punishment.Arsenal could look to three potential players on either side this winter to try and get at a cut-price deal in order to strengthen their title challenge.

He has been linked with a move to the Gunners during his time with Lille and that link has persisted since moving to Merseyside.
With the injuries suffered by Thomas Partey, the signing of Onana would provide significant cover and competition to the defensive midfield area and give Mikel Arteta competition for Declan Rice and Jorginho. Onana, at 22 years of age, represents a strong investment for both the short and long term but a high price tag has always been an obstacle to a potential deal which may have since dropped in light of recent events.
