Emmanuel Petit believes Marcus Rashford would be «an excellent option» for Arsenal but has raised doubts over his form at Manchester United this season.
The England international enjoyed a fantastic season under United boss Erik ten Hag in 2022/23. Rashford scored a career-best 30 goals in all competitions to help his side win the Carabao Cup and finish third in the Premier League table.

And Gunners legend Petit has shared his thoughts on Rashford making a potential move to the Emirates Stadium, sharing his belief that the forward would be a good signing if he can rediscover the right mentality.
«Marcus Rashford could be an excellent option for Arsenal, definitely. My only question mark would be on his mind and where he is mentally,» Petit told Betway.
«Last season, he played so well for weeks and weeks but this season it hasn’t been the same Marcus Rashford. I think he’s very sensitive and he must find a balance between his professional and private life — if he finds the balance he will be great again.
