After selling out back in 2021, B&M's split portion dinner plate has returned to stores. The £3 plate is designed to help people with portion size control, which could then lead to weight loss and a healthier diet.
The plate is part of the budget retailer's latest kitchenware range and is priced at £3. One quarter of the plate is reserved for protein, another is meant for carbs while the other half is where you're meant to put your vegetables.
When the plate first came out a few years ago before selling out, B&M took to Facebook to share the news. In response, many customers rushed to their nearest store to get their hands on it, as reported by Wales Online.

In the comment section, Janet replied: "Its brilliant. Does help with portion sizes." Angie wrote: "I have some of these. Really good for portion control." Diana said: "Excellent very helpful in diets and diabetes."
Heidi tagged a friend and quipped: "I bought this, I need some structure in my life." Angela typed: "I've been using it since they were in stock last time. Ideal if you are looking to lose some weight."
But some people had the same complaint of not being able to find the plate in their local branch. Sue claimed: "This plate sell out quickly I tried getting one when they advertised it before I would like to get one." Loopy added: "Can’t find locally."
But with the plate now back in stock, shoppers should hopefully have better luck this time round. If you are looking for a split portion plate, B&M isn't the only retailer offering one.
