Guardiola has never been shy to use motivational guests to help his team talks, and on the eve of the Champions League final he brought up an unusual star: one of the team chefs. Jorge Gutierrez walks up to stand alongside the manager to great applause from the players as the coach helps outline that everyone is in it together.
