According to Fabrice Hawkins, Manchester United, Chelsea and AC Milan are all interested in signing Nice centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo (24). Following an impressive start to the season for both club and country, the France international is attracting interest from across the European continent.
Manchester United and Chelsea are not the only Premier League clubs who have expressed an interest in signing the former Barcelona defender. Tottenham Hotspur were extremely interested in bringing Todibo to North London in January, according to Fabrizio Romano. However, as they were unable to conduct prompt and swift negotiations with Les Aiglons the proposed move for the 24-year-old collapsed.
Nice are resolute in their desire to keep Todibo at the Allianz Riviera this winter, according to Hawkins. The French centre-back has been instrumental to their title challenge in Ligue 1 as Francesco Farioli has formed one of the best defences in Europe. With this desire to keep their key man in defence, a move in the summer looks more probable.
