Chelsea are keen to get him off their wage bill, with the 30-year-old the club's highest earner on a salary of £325,000-a-week.

And the pair also worked together at Chelsea during Mourinho's second spell at Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho has hinted at a possible move for Lukaku amid rumours of a potential transfer following Roma's signing of Sardar Azmoun.
He said in Friday's press conference ahead of the clash against Verona: «When the director proposed Azmoun to me, he told me that another one is coming.
»If the other is a quality striker… [Andrea] Belotti, Azmoun and another, we have good options in attack.
«I’m quietly waiting. Now I’m thinking about tomorrow, we’ve worked on this, and we hope.”
