Pochettino has experienced a turbulent first season despite leading the Blues to the EFL Cup final, where they were ultimately beaten by Liverpool.
The Argentine also guided Chelsea to the FA Cup semi-finals, before they fell just short against current holders Manchester City.
Rather than the cup competitions, it has been Chelsea's league form which has seen Pochettino's position come under scrutiny.
Chelsea have struggled to find consistency in the top flight this season, with their 35 matches producing 15 wins, nine draws and 11 defeats.
