Chelsea have reportedly put Robert Sanchez on the transfer list, just seven months after he joined the club. The Spanish goalkeeper moved to Stamford Bridge from Brighton in the summer for £25m but it seems he's already fallen out of favour with the top brass at his new club.
Sanchez was one of several new faces brought in by Chelsea at the start of the season in an effort to add quality to Mauricio Pochettino's team and also lower the average age of the squad. Goalkeepers Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga were both allowed to leave the Bridge, with Sanchez and Djordje Petrovic coming in as their replacements.
But it looks like another 'keeper could be joining the Blues at the end of the season as Todd Boehly and Pochettino plan to shake up their underperforming team. According to TEAMtalk, Chelsea are planning to sign a top-quality goalkeeper this summer, which could mean Sanchez is shown the door. He's been 'transfer listed' by Boehly after slipping down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.

Sanchez started the season as Chelsea's first-choice keeper but an injury gave Petrovic the chance to show why he was bought from New England Revolution for £14m — and he's grabbed the opportunity with both hands. The 24-year-old will stay with the Blues, but he might have to sit on the bench if a top-notch goalkeeper comes in. Sanchez could be sold to make money and room in the team.
