Chiefs are placed eighth on the DStv Premiership standings - two points behind fourth-placed Moroka Swallows and the Glamour Boys will be looking to cement their spot in the top eight with a win over Sekhukhune.
Meanwhile, Sekhukhune stretched their unbeaten run to four matches across all competitions when they claimed a 1-0 win over Royal AM in a league game played on 20 September.
Babina Noko are currently occupying the fifth spot on the DStv Premiership standings - three points behind third-placed SuperSport United and a win over Chiefs will elevate Sekhukhune into the top four.

Chiefs vice-captain Keagan Dolly continues to work on his match fitness after making his return from a long-term injury and coach Molefi Ntseki's side has no suspension concerns.
Sekhukhune, on the other hand, will be without their captain Linda Mntambo who is still recovering after undergoing surgery and the Limpopo side also has no suspension worries.
