Tottenham transfer news: The German media have covered Harry Kane's future in north London after Bayern Munich decided to go all out to sign the striker
Harry Kane's future at Tottenham Hotspur has been one of the headline transfer sagas of the summer window.
"I've said to them that if the status quo changes then inform me. I don't need to know about the comings and goings in between. I just want to deal with what's in front of me because I've got to still, irrespective of the outcome of that, I'm building a team here.
"I can't wait [around] for a decision either way to get going. We don't have the time or the luxury to do that. I'm working with what's in front of me. You saw today that Harry certainly is invested in what we're doing and we'll keep on doing that unless something changes."
And this week, Levy has been sent a simple message by reporter Florian Plettenberg. Speaking on Sky Sports Germany, he said: "Daniel Levy, if you see this, finally accept the offer, so that the transfer gets done! It's not progressing and it's getting annoying. It even annoys me."
Additionally, it has been reported that the German giants are 'seriously considering' improving their move for Kane. According to SPORT1'S chief reporter, Kerry Hau, Bayern could offer a fixed fee worth £100million plus bonuses, a bid that may suit Levy's ideal amount.
BILD reporter, Max Shrader, pulled the stunt in front of many other journalists, prompting an unimpressed reaction from Postecoglou. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said. "Did you get a good laugh? Very good. You came a long way for that."
The Premier League kicks-off this weekend and all eyes in Germany will be on whether Kane features for Spurs on Sunday against Brentford.
