Popular YouTube streamer Darren "IShowSpeed" was told off by Manchester City supporters to not cheer for Real Madrid after he celebrated Rodrygo scoring a goal in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Quarter-final. The content creator had traveled to England to watch the match and was streaming it from the stands when the incident happened.
When Real Madrid scored an away goal in the first half, IShowSpeed stood up to cheer for it. But the people around him asked him to sit down, and a man confronted him about cheering for the opposition while in a Manchester City stand and asked him to stop his stream. He said:
