Eric Dier has been spotted arriving in Germany ahead of completing a permanent transfer to Bayern Munich.
The Tottenham Hotspur defender had been strongly linked with a move to the German giants in recent days and it seems he is now on his way to finalise a deal.
Video footage shared by Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg shows Dier stepping out of a vehicle at Munich airport before being quizzed on his prospective move to Thomas Tuchel's side.
First asked if he is looking forward to representing Bayern, the 29-year-old responded: «Very much.» Then questioned on if he is happy to be reunited with Harry Kane, Dier added; «Yes, again.» Lastly, explaining why he has chosen the reigning Bundesliga champions as his next club, he added: «It's an amazing club. Amazing.»
Tuchel himself has spoken about the transfer. "Eric Dier is here in the city and we're trying to finalize a move to have him as another option at centre-back," he said on Thursday morning.
«We'll wait until everything is done.»

Pushed further on the prospect of the former Sporting star leaving, Postecoglou snapped back: «Separate issue mate but don't question my integrity. When I say he's injured, he's injured.
