A permanent exit for Sancho this month is seen as highly unlikely, as Man United are not believed to be willing to accept a cut-price fee for a player who has a contract at Old Trafford until June 2026.
However, he is seemingly set to leave on loan, and a recent report claimed that Borussia Dortmund were closing in on an agreement to bring him back to the club.
Ten Hag was questioned on the situation during his press conference on Thursday but insisted that there was «no news» regarding a departure for the Englishman.
«I can't say anything about that. We have to wait and see how things are going. When we have news, we will tell you. I can't say anything about this subject because there is no news,» Ten Hag told reporters.
