Everton boss has Sean Dyche admitted it’s too early to predict the outcome of the club’s second charge of breaching the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules.
The Blues have already been hit with a six-point deduction for breaking the spending regulations and a second charge was heard this week. It means the team's points total could be hit again between now and the end of the season.
Speaking at his press conference on Thursday, Dyche said he was still in the dark over the potential next steps.
“I think the last one jolted everyone in football so I think really we’re just waiting now, because I don’t think anyone has concrete proof how or which way these things will go, particularly after the first one.

"I think it is just from our point of view we can only give the information that’s appropriate. I wasn’t there obviously but so I’m told we’ve given every bit of information that we can give, and hope that they see accordingly what the club has been trying to do to make sure we’re in the right areas they need us to be in.
"So therefore, we hope that it comes to nothing."
Dyche revealed that the investigations off the pitch hasn’t been affecting the players as the club could face a further points deduction after their original 10 point deduction was reduced to six.
"You can’t judge every person in their own deepest psychology. But the main thing is to let them know - look - we’re all on board with it - it’s a reality. They’ve dealt with it well so far, we’re going to have to deal with it, possibly, again we don’t know. It’s an experience we
