Everton have a big opportunity to create some breathing room between themselves and the relegation zone tonight when they host Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Results have gone the Toffees' way so far this weekend as Burnley and Sheffield United were both hammered 5-0 before Luton Town suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Manchester United. Should the Blues beat Palace they will drag Roy Hodgson's club into difficulties as they sit just five points ahead of Sean Dyche's team.

Hodgson will not be in the dugout at Goodison Park after being taken unwell last week. Palace announced on Tuesday afternoon that the 76-year-old has stepped down from his role at Selhurst Park.
