Erling Haaland set alarm bells ringing at Manchester City on Tuesday morning. The former Borussia Dortmund striker limped out of training with Norway, with whom he has been called up for friendlies against the Czech Republic and Denmark in the coming days.
The Sky Blues' star striker appeared to sustain a fitness problem while doing exercises with the ball. The Norwegian striker was unable to continue with the training session and left with a worried look on his face, as an injury would have been a major setback in view of the tough schedule ahead of the Mancunians.
The Cityzens were very concerned about the fitness of their striker as their next game is against Premier League leaders Arsenal, where much of the domestic title race will be decided at the Etihad Stadium. On the other hand, Pep Guardiola's side face Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals just a week later.
However, hours later, the Norwegian national team doctor Ola Sand was asked by local broadcaster TV2 about the possible injury to which the Norwegian said: "There's no problem with him"
