Celebrity chefs David Myers and Si Kinghave featured a family run bakery on their latest series - The Hairy Bikers Go West.
Neil Thompson has been running Mr Thompson's Bakery from his home workshop for more than two decades. His family supplies their tasty treats to the town's bi-weekly market, to cafes, farm shops and even schools.
In recent years, the bakery has attracted more attention for its gingerbread, with "a lot of people travelling" for their delicacy. In episode four of The Hairy Bikers Go West, aired on Tuesday, February 20, David and Si explored Lancashire and visited Mr Thompson's in Ormskirk.

Family Neil, Janet and daughter Lily make their gingerbread based on an 18th Century, traditional recipe. They re-introducing the world to this famous slice of history, from a tiny garden shed at the bottom of their garden.
After hearing about the historic treat, the Bikers headed to the workshop shed to learn the secrets of this delicacy, creating a gingerbread and Black Cherry Trifle with a honeycomb topping. Neil said: "They said they heard about it [the gingerbread] and asked whether they could come down and let us represent Lancashire on their TV show."
Neil visited their workshop and spent around four hours filming together. He added: "We have a workshop in the garden, a 30 foot workshop. It is like an old cottage industry.
"They came in there with the filming crew, it's a fairly big place. So we spent a few hours baking gingerbread with them. Then they [Hairy Bikers] took some off to go and have a dabble with and make something with. I think they were going to make a
