"I hope I can win titles with Morocco, I've felt very much loved"

Real Madrid's Brahim Diaz made his debut for Morocco in a friendly match against Angola. After the match he spoke to 'Relevo'. The player said that he felt very loved and that he was happy to be part of the Moroccan national team. 

"I'm very happy, I'm proud to be here and to receive the affection they are giving me. I am very grateful to all the fans, to the stadium... and it is a pleasure to be here. It's a pride for me and for the whole family", he explained.

In response to the numerous expressions of affection he had received, Brahim commented: "I'm proud and now it's up to me to return all the affection they are giving me on the pitch and to win titles with the Moroccan national team".

As for his relationship with the goal, he was confident of scoring soon for the 'Atlas Lions': "I had a good chance, but it's going to go in. It was a very nice game, I was very comfortable, I felt good. I felt very good and the goal will come in the next game".

Diaz is also at ease with his new compatriots, as Achraf Hakimi did not give him any problems to take a free kick: "We both talked, we get on very well, we change one thing and another," he said about the free kick that his team-mate had allowed him to take. 

Brahim thanked "His Majesty King Mohamed VI for all he does for the country, for his support for football, the president of the Federation and all the people of the country.

Finally, he sent a message about Morocco's next opponent during the international break: "Now we're going all out against Mauritania," a match that will take place on 26 March in Agadir, where Brahim hopes to score his first goal.
