Long gone are the days of dreading the airport experience because I've found a little paradise in plain sight.
I travel fairly regularly be it via land, sea or sky. A few excursions throughout the year are well and good when you get there but the airport experience is enough to turn anyone off. Whether it's the hustle and bustle of busy travellers or the sterile atmosphere, there are certainly more comfortable places to be.
While planning a trip to Paris I decided to go all out and make it a holiday to remember, starting from home. Most airports boast what you'd call a "premium lounge" for guests to sneak away and put their feet up for a short time - Liverpool's is the Aspire Lounge, located directly next to JD and boasts a glossy glass storefront all of us will have wandered past countless times.
