It would not make business sense for clubs to attempt to buy him now but January could see Brentford field a number of requests.

Toney's contract at the club is set to expire in 2025 after he joined the Bees from Peterborough on a five-year deal.
Thomas Frank's side are also looking to offer him a new contract, with the Danish manager recently claiming that 'the striker's future was with Brentford'.
He has since gone on to return 68 goals and 21 assists in 124 appearances during his time in west London.
He also enjoyed a particularly prolific 2022-23 campaign where he scored 20 goals in 33 league matches before he was banned from football at the end of May.
The England striker has recently spoken out on the eight-month sanction, claiming that he will 'take his ban on the chin and move forward'.
Meanwhile, their London rivals, Tottenham, are anticipating a third offer from Bayern Munich for Kane in the coming days.
