Arsenal are enjoying their best period under Stan Kroenke's ownership. Mikel Arteta's men have gone from turmoil and lurking mid-table in the Premier League table to serious title challengers within the space of three years.
Last season, the Gunners were unfortunate not to lift their first league title since 2003. If it wasn't for Pep Guardiola's Manchester City recording their best-ever campaign with a historic treble, Arsenal would be champions.
The wait for Premier League glory continues but all the various factors are pointing towards success. A title win would mark a historic turnaround under Kroenke after a difficult few years in north London.
Right now, success in England is the only thing lacking from the Gunners' owners sports portfolio. In June, the American businessman became the first owner to win all three major North America titles after the Denver Nuggets were crowned NBA champions.
Kroenke also owns the 2021/22 NFL Super Bowl champions Los Angeles Rams, the 2022 NHL Stanley Cup winners Colorado Avalanche and 2022 Lacrosse League Cup champions Colorado Mammoth.
The wait continues for Arsenal to add another title to Kroenke's trophy room. And after spending over £250million on improving the Gunners' squad in the summer, Kroenke has been back in the United States to celebrate the Nuggets' win.
On Tuesday, the Nuggets' Ring Ceremony took place ahead of their season opener against the Los Angeles Lakers. NBA Commissioner Adam Silva presented the players, coaches and Kroenke with rings designed by Jason of Beverly Hills.
