Cole Palmer has been a 'gift' since swapping Man City for Chelsea this summer.
That's according to former Premier League striker, and talkSPORT pundit, Dean Ashton.
Palmer has undoubtedly been the Blues' best attacker this season, outscoring his teammates comfortably.
Two goals and an assist in a 3-2 win over Luton on Saturday made it 12 goals involvements (eight goals and four assists) in 17 Premier League games this season.
Only Jude Bellingham with 15 goal involvements has more than Palmer out of all players aged 21 and under in Europe's top five leagues.
“What a gift he’s been from Manchester City," Ashton told talkSPORT.

His second goal at Kenilworth Road was even better than his first as he show great composure to put the ball in the back of the net.
Slow-mo footage showed how he kept calm to keep the ball away from the Luton defenders before scoring.
«He looks like he's playing with his mates on the streets,» Ashton added.
Teammate Noni Madueke, who Palmer set up for Chelsea's second, revealed who the youngster's nickname is within the squad, which was apt after Saturday's starring performance.
“That’s why they call him Cold Palmer init," Madueke told TNT Sports.
