Jurgen Klopp is hopeful of Diogo Jota and Trent Alexander-Arnold returning to Liverpool training next week.
Both players have missed the last couple of months with respective injuries but Klopp confirmed ahead of Thursday's visit from Sheffield United that the pair could be back in team training from next week onwards in what will be seen as a major couple of fitness boosts ahead of the Premier League run-in.
Klopp also suggested that Alisson Becker is closing in on his own return although he is yet to receive an update from the goalkeeping department and revealed Wataru Endo is a doubt for the next game after a knock against Brighton.
"Curtis Jones is in full training and is in contention," Klopp said. "Yes, that is it pretty much. The boys are doing well, Diogo and Trent are together in a group which helps both but it just looks like next week hopefully in parts of team training and then we will see the rest.
"No Alisson, he is with the goalkeeper coaches and I just see them through the fence but he looks good but in his mind as well, next week he will be part of team training.
