Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he expects to have Curtis Jones available for Thursday's visit from Sheffield United.
Jones hasn't played since suffering an ankle injury in the 4-1 win at Brentford on February 17 and has been forced to sit out the last nine games, including the Carabao Cup final win over Chelsea, after leaving the Gtech Community on crutches and in a protective boot.
Jones is now back in full team training with Klopp suggesting after Sunday's 2-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion that the midfielder will be back in contention for the visit from the rock-bottom Blades.
"In full training is Curtis," Klopp said. "So he trained with us on Saturday but then had an extra [session] because the minus-1 session (day before the game) is not the intensity that Curtis needed.

"So he was with us and then had an extra shift. So he will be in full training but then exactly for the game let me have a look on that. All the others, slowly but surely but not yet [for Thursday]."
Klopp also reserved a word of praise for Mohamed Salah, who struck the decisive goal in Sunday's win over Brighton after Luis Diaz had cancelled out Danny Welbeck's early opener at Anfield.
Salah, who was making his first Premier League start at Anfield in nearly four months, scored his 22nd of the campaign when he finished off Alexis Mac Allister's pass.
