Jurgen Klopp has offered a gloomy injury update with the Liverpool boss expecting to be without Diogo Jota for months and Alisson Becker the foreseeable future.
And Dominik Szoboszlai is running out of time to prove his fitness for the League Cup final against Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday.
Jota suffered a knee injury during the first half of the 4-1 Premier League win at Brentford on Saturday, a game Alisson missed after sustaining a hamstring problem during training the previous day.

Liverpool are still to determine the extent of the goalkeeper's injury, with Caoimhin Kelleher poised for an extended run in the side between the sticks having started the last two games.
The Reds also lost Curtis Jones through injury at the weekend, with the midfielder also out of Wednesday's Premier League visit of Luton Town. Darwin Nunez was substituted during the interval at Brentford as a precaution, while reports in Egypt have claimed Mohamed Salah picked up a problem during his comeback after more than a month out with a hamstring issue.
And asked about the latest injury news, Klopp said on Tuesday afternoon: "Not great, I would like to say no issues but we have some. Not available: Ali, muscle injury, we don't know how long it will take but definitely not the foreseeable time coming back. Then we have Diogo with a knee issue is ruled out. Curtis, with a bone/ligament issue, is ruled out.
"With others, we will deal with it day by day. With muscle things, we will see for tomorrow. If you see the line-up early enough you can see who made it and who didn't make it. That's it, pretty much."
