Andrew Cullen: The football world seems unconvinced with Darwin Nunez. To some, he is raw, clumsy, and inefficient. What is clear is that Liverpool fans have taken to Nunez. Why? Well, for one thing, he has contributed significantly and consistently in providing assists and goals.
He is also gripping to watch: he can quickly go from the sublime to the silly. An example of this was his blistering run against Toulouse where he consummately brushed the ball past the last defender and the keeper, Suarez-esque, only to undo this hard work with a miss, Rosenthal-esque.
