Nat Phillips has admitted he faces another uncertain summer at Liverpool ahead of Jurgen Klopp’s exit as manager.
The 27-year-old is currently enjoying a successful half-season loan stint with Cardiff City, having made 16 appearances for the Bluebirds to date after struggling for game-time when on loan with Celtic during the first half of the campaign.
Previously enjoying temporary stints with VfB Stuttgart and AFC Bournemouth, Phillips won promotion to both the Bundesliga and the Premier League during his time with each club.

The centre-back has made 29 appearances for the Reds since being handed his Liverpool debut by Klopp in January 2020. However, he has made just two Premier League appearances since 2021, and is highly unlikely to have a long-term future at Anfield.
Contracted with the Reds until 2026, Phillips has conceded his own future is up in the air.
"I've got two (years) actually at Liverpool,” he said. “There's a lot of change going on at Liverpool so there's a lot up in the air there. They've got a lot to sort out themselves.
"I had a brief conversation with the loan manager at Liverpool (about pre-season). There's so much going on at the club. Football is a game of a lot of uncertainty generally anyway.
"You tend to find you make one plan and something else comes along. I've learnt throughout my career to just sit back and let things unfold because it doesn't really matter how much you try and worry about it or influence it, a lot of things are out of your control.
